Fleming promised a ‘spectacular’ performance with a Jetex 50C, despite the weight of this motor. Mine has been modified for a Rapier L-2, and the construction of the fuselage changed slightly to ameliorate a weakness seen in my first prototype. I also think it looks better!
Decoration is as the later of the two Ryan prototypes in one of its many incarnations. The colours of the nose and sub fins art are variable in the photos of the actual aeroplane.
